The China Nonferrous Metals Innovation Institute (International Research and Development Center), established by CNMC, is a forward-looking research platform with strong comprehensive capabilities. It is designed to serve major needs and build on the core strengths of CNMC. The institute is primarily engaged in the research and development (R&D) as well as industrialization in fields such as copper, titanium, and aluminum-processed materials; new energy battery materials; rare and precious metal materials; crystal materials; eco-environmental protection; and the informatization and digital transformation of the mining industry.
